Abstract

The invention provides a method and a device for setting time in a mode of dialing a watch hand in a mechanical dial plate on a touch part, and is used for setting the time on a touch dial plate comprising at least one watch hand. The method comprises a detection step, namely detecting a touch action of a user contacting the touch part; judging whether the watch hand is selected by the touch action according to coordinates of a touch point and the time in a system to which the dial plate belongs; if so, moving according to the touch point of the user; controlling the selected watch hand to rotate along with the movement of the touch point; calculating a currently preset time value according to the position of the watch hand; and updating the time in the system by using the time value. By adopting the method and the device provided by the invention, the touch part can be prevented from clicking repeatedly by the user in a fussy way; and the time is set in an intuitive, simple and convenient mode of dialing the watch hand on the touch part. Therefore, user operation is simplified and a user experience is improved.
