According to the cold seawater spraying ice-temperature alive-keeping device disclosed by the invention, an abalone placing disc in an abalone alive-keeping box is utilized as an object for enabling the abalones to attach, so that the abalones can be distributed uniformly and be prevented from extruding mutually; by adopting a low-temperature seawater gradual cooling method, the metabolism speed of the abalones can be gradually inhibited, and the injures to organisms caused by severe changes in temperature can be avoided; during the water circulation cooling process, an ultraviolet lamp is arranged at the top of a seawater storage tank, the ultraviolet lamp is utilized for performing cold seawater sterilization and purification, the abalones are purified by utilizing clean sweater, the survival time of the abalones is ensured, and the device is suitable for long-distance transportation; and a cold seawater aeration way is adopted for ensuring sufficient oxygen in spraying seawater so as to maintain the sufficient oxygen required for survival of the abalones.
