Abstract

The air-permeable imitation leather printed fabric comprises base cloth, wherein a plurality of imitation leather pattern blocks arranged at regular intervals are adhered to the surface of the base cloth. The production process comprises the following steps: (1) surface pre-processing for tidying the surface of the base cloth and enabling the base cloth to be clean and flat; (2) intaglio printing, wherein imitation leather size suitable for the intaglio printing is prefabricated and printed on the surface of the base cloth through the intaglio printing process so as to enable the imitation leather pattern blocks arranged at regular intervals to be formed on the surface of the base cloth; (3) drying, wherein the imitation leather pattern blocks on the surface of the base cloth are dried to have certain moisture content; and (4) film formation, wherein a heating roller is adopted to roll and press the imitation leather pattern blocks on the surface of the base cloth and enable the surfaces of the imitation leather pattern blocks to be smooth and flat and have strong leather texture, and the imitation leather pattern blocks arranged at regular intervals enable the imitation leather printed fabric to have high-end texture of imitation leather fabric and good moisture absorption and air permeability.
