The invention discloses a reagent bottle, which comprises a bottle body for containing detection reagents. A separation tube is arranged on the bottle body for reducing volatilization of the detection reagents, an opening on the separation tube is soaked in the detection reagents so as to form liquid sealing, the direct contact area of the detection reagents contained in the bottle and the external air is reduced, and the aim for reducing volatilization of the detection reagents is achieved. A sampling port for extracting the detection reagents is arranged on the bottle body, and an air treating part is arranged on the upper portion of the separation tube so that in a liquid taking process, the air entering the reagent bottle through the separation tube can be treated and accordingly oxygen and microorganisms including bacteria can be removed. The air treating part comprises deoxidization assemblies and degerming assemblies which are arranged in distribution mode, and air firstly passes through the deoxidization assemblies and the degerming assemblies and then enters the reagent bottle through the separation tube so as to achieve the aim of deoxidization and degerming.
