A radial universal seal device for a trocar and a trocar comprising the radial universal seal device. The radial universal seal device comprises: a guiding and adjustment mechanism (1), a seal ring (3), a rotary mechanism (4), and a housing (2). The guiding and adjustment mechanism (1) is of a wasp waist-shaped funnel structure with a big upper end, a small middle part, and a big lower end. When a surgical instrument (9) is inserted, by taking the wasp waist of the wasp waist-shaped funnel structure as a fulcrum, and through concerted movement of a rotary shaft (101), a wasp waist adjustment fulcrum (104), an expanded edge (105), and a force bearing edge (32) of the seal ring (3), the guiding and adjustment mechanism (1) can automatically sense the size of the outer diameter of the surgical instrument (9), so as to adjust the diameter of a surgical instrument through hole (31) of the seal ring (3), thereby achieving the objective of automatically adapting to different inserted surgical instruments (9), and not only achieving the low motion resistance but also keeping desirable sealing performance.
