Problems solved by technology

Delayed estrus in weaned sows causes sows to be unable to breed on time, reduces the mating rate, and affects the number of farrowing heads and litters in pig farms
In some pig farms, about 20% of sows are eliminated for this reason, which causes great economic losses to pig production

Embodiment Construction

[0024] That is, from the 1st day of lactation to the 8th day before weaning, the energy level of the normal diet was fed with a metabolizable energy of 13MJ / kg. The metabolizable energy of the diet energy level decreased to 10.4 MJ / kg on the 5th day and 9.1 MJ / kg on the 4th and 3rd day before weaning, and 9.1 MJ / kg from the 2nd day before weaning On the second day after weaning, the energy level of the diet was reduced to 7.8 MJ / kg, and the energy level of the diet was restored to 13 MJ / kg on the third day after weaning. The feeding amount of multiparous sows during lactation is 1.5kg+0.5kg×number of piglets, and other nutritional levels per kilogram of rations during lactation for multiparous sows (refer to the nutritional requirements of NRC pigs in the United States (1998)) are shown in Table 1.

Abstract

The invention discloses a raising method for improving postweaning estrus of multipara sow, belonging to the technical field of livestock reproduction.. According to the method, dietary energy level before and after weaning of multipara sow is changed, the dietary energy level is gradually reduced seven days before weaning, and the dietary energy level is reduced by 10 percent in the seventh day before weaning, is reduced by 20 percent in the sixth day and the fifth day before weaning, is reduced by 30 percent in the fourth day and the third day before weaning, is reduced by 40 percent from the second day before weaning to the second day after weaning, and is restored to normal dietary energy level in the third day after weaning, and other nutrient levels and feeding scale are kept constant in the raising period. Compared with common raising methods, the raising method disclosed by the invention has the advantage that the postweaning estrus of multipara sow is improved by 5-10 percent. The invention provides a relatively reliable and specific test basis for improving the postweaning estrus of multipara sow, and has important theoretical value and wide application prospect in the aspect of improving the reproduction performance of multipara sow.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a feeding method for increasing the estrus rate of multiparous sows after weaning, in particular to the energy level in the feed of multiparous sows before and after weaning, and belongs to the technical field of livestock breeding. Background technique [0002] In pig production, delayed estrus or no estrus after weaning is a common problem in recent years and has been affecting the pig industry. Delayed estrus in weaned sows causes sows to be unable to breed on time, reduces the mating rate, and affects the number of sows farrowing and litter size in pig farms. In some pig farms, about 20% of sows are eliminated for this reason, which causes great economic losses to pig production. Shortening the interval between weaning sows and estrus again has become the most concerned and most urgent technical problem in pig farms. Therefore, the present invention is of great significance to the research on improving the estrus rate of ...
