separation method. Comprising the following steps: crushing straws, carrying out enzymolysis pretreatment by using
cellulase and hemicellulase, mixing a
solid obtained after
solid-liquid separation with a DES
solvent, and reacting for 2-4 hours under the conditions of 120-150 DEG C and 0.5-1.0 MPa to dissolve out
lignin; centrifugally separating to obtain a DES
solvent solution containing
lignin and a
solid precipitate containing
cellulose and
hemicellulose; filtering the DES solvent solution containing
lignin through a
ceramic membrane, and
drying to obtain a lignin product; treating the solid precipitate with a
hydrogen peroxide solution, carrying out solid-liquid separation, washing and
drying to obtain a
cellulose product; and combining the separation liquid and the washing liquid, concentrating, adding
ethanol for
precipitation, and
drying to obtain a
hemicellulose product. According to the invention, step-by-step efficient separation of three elements is realized, and the separation efficiency and the product purity are improved.
