This invention discloses a mouse fixation device for multi-site
acupuncture experiments, belonging to the field of mouse
acupuncture point experiments. It consists of a support base, a telescopic support rod, and a mouse fixation
assembly, which is movably connected to the support rod. The mouse fixation
assembly includes a bracket and upper and lower fixation plates, which are adjustable in multiple dimensions via first and second self-locking rotating shafts. The upper and lower fixation plates close with an
interference fit between fitting bosses and fitting openings. The central operating port is equipped with a rigid rubber adjustable fixing grid, which, along with a lever, can avoid
acupuncture points. The lower fixation plate grid has
adhesive straps corresponding to the mouse's limbs and head, with pre-reserved gaps between the plates. A suction cup is provided at the bottom of the support base to stabilize the device. This device achieves double secure fixation of the mouse, with flexible and adjustable operating angles, avoiding
acupuncture point obstruction, protecting the mouse from mechanical damage, improving the accuracy and efficiency of acupuncture experiments, and adapting to the needs of multi-site acupuncture experiments on mice.
