The data collecting system measures the flow distribution of the warm air part according to flow signals collected by the first flow meter, and obtains the flow resistance of the engine water pump, the engine, the warm air part, the engine oil cooler and the heat sink according to pressure signals collected by the pressure sensor. According to the engine water-flow testing measuring device, a dynamometer and whole-vehicle resources do not need to be occupied; in the state that only a cooling system sample piece exists in the initial stage of development, the measurement of the flow distribution and the flow resistance of an engine cooling system can be completed in five workdays, the design problems of the cooling systems are exposed in advance, and development risks are reduced.
