Signal wires of the twisting strain gauges, the translation strain gauges, the swing strain gauges and the lifting and inserting strain gauges pass through an inner hole of a needle handle, one end of each signal wire is connected with one twisting strain gauge, the translation strain gauges, the swing strain gauges and the lifting and inserting strain gauges and bridged, and the other ends of the signal wires of the twisting strain gauges, the translation strain gauges, the swing strain gauges and the lifting and inserting strain gauges are respectively communicated with a dynamic and static strain tester.
