The traditional Chinese medicine is prepared from the following Chinese herbal medicines in grams by weight: 10g of peach kernel, 10g of red peony root, 10g of rhizoma chuanxiong, 6g of processed olibanum, 6g of processed myrrh, 12g of safflower, 8g of lumbricus, 5g of liquorice and 12g of cortex moutan. A preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine for treating the AS comprises the step of decocting the Chinese herbal medicines in the grams by weight by using water, wherein the decoction is taken in three times with one dose each day. The traditional Chinese medicine disclosed by the invention is capable of promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis, activating meridians and stopping pain and mainly used for treating the AS which belongs to blood stasis vessel obstruction syndrome according to the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and has the symptoms such as lumbosacral pain aggravated at night, local stabbing pain, dark tongue and deep wiry pulse.
