Embodiment Construction

[0040] The specific embodiments of the present invention will be further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. The following examples are only used to illustrate the present invention, but not to limit the scope of the present invention.

[0041] refer to figure 1 , the embodiment of the present invention records a non-destructive detection method of animal meat freshness based on multi-spectral imaging technology, the method includes the following steps:

[0042] S10: Obtain a multispectral image of the animal meat sample to be tested, and measure the freshness evaluation index of the animal meat sample to be tested;

[0043] S20: Extract the scattering curve of the multispectral image, and calculate the pixel gray mean value, reflection intensity ratio, and numerical integration of the scattering curve of the multispectral image;

[0044] S30: Select the optimal pixel grayscale mean value, reflection intensity ratio and nume...

Abstract

The invention discloses a non-destructive detection method for freshness of livestock meat. The method comprises the following steps of: S10, acquiring a multispectral image of a livestock meat sample to be detected, and measuring a freshness evaluation index of the livestock meat sample to be detected; S20, extracting a scattering curve of the multispectral image, and calculating a pixel gray average value, a reflection strength ratio and the numerical integration of the scattering curve of the multispectral image; S30, establishing a multiple linear regression prediction model of the freshness evaluation index of the livestock meat sample to be detected; S40, establishing a discrimination model of the freshness of the livestock meat sample to be detected; and S50, acquiring a prediction value of the freshness evaluation index of the livestock meat sample to be detected by utilizing the prediction model, inputting the prediction value into the discrimination model of the freshness of the livestock meat, and acquiring a detection result. According to the disclosed technical scheme, non-destructive detection of the livestock meat is realized, the modeling difficulty and detection cost are reduced, the detection speed is improved, and actual popularization of the technical scheme is promoted.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of non-destructive detection of agricultural and livestock products, in particular to a non-destructive detection method of animal meat freshness based on multispectral imaging technology. Background technique [0002] Livestock meat is rich in nutrients and is an important food source in people's lives. In recent years, the output of livestock meat in my country has been continuously increased, and people's demand for livestock meat products has increased, and at the same time, higher requirements have been put forward for their quality. The freshness of fresh livestock meat is a comprehensive evaluation of the hygienic standards such as flavor, color, and taste of livestock meat. It can comprehensively reflect the reliability of product nutrition and safety, and is one of the important indicators to measure the quality of livestock meat. [0003] At present, the detection of domestic meat freshness adopts sensory e...
