Abstract

The installation method comprises the following steps of: (1) lifting an upper cover, tiling a high temperature teflon cloth on a lower heating plate, and downward moving the upper cover; (2), lifting an upper cover body, and placing combined six metal frames on the high temperature teflon cloth; (3) tiling the silica gel plate on a flat surface which is composed of the metal frames and an upper cover fixed steel plate, carrying out heat preservation for 0.5-3 hour, and extending and flattening the heated silica gel plate; and (4) downward moving the upper cover body to press the silica gel plate and an upper cover fixed steel plate, and buckling a fixed clip or screwing on installation screws so as to fix the silica gel plate; (5) removing the high temperature teflon cloth and the metal frames; and (6) vacuumizing an upper cover chamber.
