Abstract
The invention relates to an installation method of a solar energy laminating machine silica gel plate. The installation method comprises the following steps of: (1) lifting an upper cover, tiling a high temperature teflon cloth on a lower heating plate, and downward moving the upper cover; (2), lifting an upper cover body, and placing combined six metal frames on the high temperature teflon cloth; (3) tiling the silica gel plate on a flat surface which is composed of the metal frames and an upper cover fixed steel plate, carrying out heat preservation for 0.5-3 hour, and extending and flattening the heated silica gel plate; and (4) downward moving the upper cover body to press the silica gel plate and an upper cover fixed steel plate, and buckling a fixed clip or screwing on installation screws so as to fix the silica gel plate; (5) removing the high temperature teflon cloth and the metal frames; and (6) vacuumizing an upper cover chamber. Compared with the prior art, the installation method provided by the invention has the advantages that the service life of the silica gel plate is prolonged, the application is wide, the installation method is safe and reliable and the like.
