Abstract

The invention relates to a method for storing sweet potato seeds, which belongs to the technical filed of storage. The method for storing the sweet potato seeds comprises the following steps of seed selection, storage and management during a storage period. The method comprises the following concrete steps of putting a layer of paper scraps or straws with the thickness of 3-5cm at the bottom part of a carton box or a wooden box; putting potato tubers in a non-woven fabrics shopping bag; sealing; hanging with tags; horizontally putting the bag in the carton box or the wooden box; putting the potato tubers in the bag into a layer without overlapping; tightly filling a cavity and inner walls on the periphery of the box through the paper scraps or the straws, wherein the appropriate thickness is fit to cover the bag; putting another layer of potato seeds; sequentially piling up a layer of potato seeds and a layer of paper scraps or the straws, wherein the number of the layers of the potato seeds cannot exceed ten layers; covering a layer of paper scraps of straws with the thickness of 5-10cm on the potato seeds at the uppermost layer; and closing a box cover, and placing the box indoors. The seeds are checked at 20-25 days after storage, the bad seeds are picked up, and the rest is stored through the same method. The method has the characteristics of simplicity, convenience, labor and time saving, good effect, fresh potato seeds, convenience in carrying, and no mixture of varieties.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for storing sweet potato seed potatoes, belonging to the technical field of storage. Background technique [0002] Sweet potato, also known as sweet potato, sweet potato, sweet potato, sweet potato, etc., is an annual herb of the Convolvulaceae sweet potato genus, and is one of the main food crops in my country and Southwest China. Sweet potato has high and stable yield, wide adaptability, strong stress resistance, wide range of uses and high nutritional value. Potato chips are rich in starch, soluble sugar, protein and multivitamins. They are not only edible, medicinal and feed crops, but also industrial raw material crops such as starch, alcohol and sugar. Sweet potatoes are large in size, high in water content, tender in tissue, thin in skin and easily damaged, and prone to rot during storage due to chilling damage, dry damage, and disease. Sweet potatoes are stored in winter, and maintaining a suitable temperature...
