Abstract

The invention discloses a method for generating an image bar code and a navigation image. The method comprises the following steps of (A) receiving image data of the image bar code, wherein the image bar code comprises a reference bar code and an embedded picture embedded into the reference bar code; the reference bar code is provided with multiple square points and correspondingly reflects position information and an actual picture coordinate; the embedded picture reflects the appearance of a position, and the size of the embedded picture conforms to a fault tolerance standard of the reference bar code; the position information comprises longitude and latitude coordinates corresponding to the position; the actual picture coordinate reflects square point positions of the embedded picture in the reference bar code; (B) analyzing the image bar code to obtain the position information and the actual picture coordinate; (C) retrieving the embedded picture from the image data of the image bar code according to the actual picture coordinate and the size of the image bar code; and (D) storing the position information into the embedded picture to generate the navigation image.
