Abstract

The sugarcane harvester is mainly composed of an engine, a traveling system, a hydraulic power system, a driving system, a sugarcane separation device, a contour wheel and cutting conveyer linkage device, a sugarcane cutting and conveying integrated device, a leaf stripping conveying channel and a control system. When lodging sugarcane is tangled together, vibration produced by hydraulic impact hammers of the sugarcane separation device enables lifting devices to separate the tangled sugarcane very easily. Contour wheels of the contour wheel and cutting conveyer linkage device can drive a cutting conveyer through linkage rods according to the heights of ridges, so that the heights of cutter discs are adjusted, and cut sugarcane stubbles meet requirements. The sugarcane cutting and conveying integrated device can cut the sugarcane and meanwhile convey the sugarcane into the leaf stripping conveying channel, and stationary blades and movable blades on the cutter discs are used for cutting off the sugarcane in a chopping and sawing mode.
