A closure cap for a container, said closure cap having a cap housing including a substantially cylindrical recess which has a top opening and a bottom opening, wherein the bottom opening is closed by means of a piercable membrane, a plunger comprising a cover and a substantially cylindrical lateral surface extending downward from an underside of the cover, wherein the lateral surface engages in the top opening of the recess and has an outside diameter corresponding substantially to the inside diameter of the recess, and a chamber defined by the cylindrical recess and the plunger which engages in the recess by way of its lateral surface, the plunger and the cap housing being movable relative to one another between a first, non-active position, and a second, activated position.

The invention discloses a method for mounting a simple device for emergency rescue during tunnel operation. The method comprises the following steps: laying a tunnel rubber air duct close to an operation surface when digging a tunnel or a roadway at a left or right corner of the tunnel or roadway operation surface and covering the tunnel rubber air duct by earth; sleeving a steel tube outside the tunnel rubber air duct; inserting a telephone line in the rubber air duct and drawing the rubber air duct forward with a face; connecting each two steel pipes with a flange and covering a joint with a sand bag; and corresponding a transitional connector with a flange of an intake steel pipe used in tunnel operation. Emergency tool boxes are placed at two ends and in the middle of the steel tubes at 30 to 40 meter intervals respectively. The method has the advantages that when collapse occurs, trapped persons can find the emergency tool boxes nearby and break open a simple lock, take out tools, open a movable connecter of the steel tubes, cut the air duct, connect the telephone wire and turn on hand torch. The outside rescue workers can immediately force air into the air duct, supply liquid food to the trapped area and connect emergency telephone and wait for follow-up rescue.
