Abstract

The invention relates to a water dropping accessory of bipolar coagulation tweezers for the brain department. A water dropping accessory device is additionally arranged on a pair of ordinary bipolar coagulation tweezers for the brain department, two P-shaped clamping grooves are clamped to two tweezer legs of the bipolar coagulation tweezers respectively, and two water dropping hoses pass through the P-shaped clamping grooves. The P-shaped clamping grooves are driven to be overlapped or staggered through elastic force of the bipolar coagulation tweezers so as to start or stop water dropping. When the pair of bipolar coagulation tweezers is folded to perform fulguration on tissue, water dropping is started; when the pair of bipolar coagulation tweezers is loosened, water dropping is stopped. The two water dropping hoses are fixed to the bipolar coagulation tweezers through the clamping grooves, and the tail ends of the water dropping hoses are connected with an infusion bottle. The infusion bottle is hung in a high position to generate gravity difference so as to achieve water dropping.
