Abstract

The invention discloses a method and system for monitoring a website based on a black list. The method comprises: cyclically executing identification of whether an IP address corresponding to each website domain name information belongs to a monitored IP address range according to invalidly-authorized website domain name information contained in the black list, and giving alarm information, if the IP address corresponding to the domain name information belongs to the monitored IP address range, in order to told a manager to execute correlative monitoring operation on the IP address. The technical scheme provided by the invention achieves uninterrupted scanning and accurate monitoring of the invalidly-authorized website domain names contained in the black list, and prevents high labor cost and high omission rate caused by manual inspection.
