Abstract

The invention discloses a decision-making method for multi-radio access selection of a cognitive radio network. Based on frame modularization, the method comprises the step that firstly a sharable knowledge base containing the service quality information of current and past active links is generated according to handling capacity indexes, delay indexes and reliability indexes which are independent in technology in the cognitive radio network. Fuzzy logical deduction and fuzzy mathematics are used in the process. The optimal target network is obtained by using a multi-objective fuzzy decision-making method on the basis that user preference indexes are taken into consideration. The decision-making method for the multi-radio access selection of the cognitive radio network has the advantages of proposing a solution of the multi-radio access selection with universality and structured characteristics aiming at the problem that a network multi-radio access selection solution cannot be widely applied to various wireless technologies. Due to the fact that accurate description and processing are carried out on fuzzy objects by fuzzy logic, accurate using of information can be further improved.
