A phase-shifting device is arranged between the first bus and the second bus, and a bypass switch and a voltage disturbance generating device which are connected in parallel are arranged between the first bus and the third bus. A parallel transformer, a low-voltage physical model device of the unified power flow controller, a series transformer and an electric reactor are sequentially arranged between the third bus and the second bus, wherein the auxiliary side of the series transformer is connected with the third bus.
