The real-time combined simulation platform comprises a real-time host and a real-time digital simulator RTDS; the real-time host is provided with OpenFAST software suitable for a real-time operating system, a real-time controller running under a real-time thread, and an open-sourcereal-time network protocol stack RTnet; various fan-related models are established in the OpenFAST software; an electrical part model of a wind turbine generator is built in the RTDS, wherein the RTDS is used for simulating the on/off state of a converter and an electromagnetic transient state of the generator; data interaction is carried out between the OpenFAST software and the real-time controller through a shared memory variable mode, real-time bidirectional communication is carried out between the real-time host and the RTDS through the RTnet, and complete closed-loop simulation is formed. According to the platform and the method in the disclosure, the open-source real-time operating system expansion, the open-source OpenFAST software which has passed the GL certification and the open-source real-time network protocol framework are used, so that the platform cost can be greatly reduced under the condition that the simulation precision is guaranteed.
