Problems solved by technology

Foreign research on pedestrian signage system is relatively leading, and its design ideas and concepts are more mature, but most of the research only focuses on a single factor of sign design, and more consideration is given to the correlation between signage and the surrounding environment. There is no systematic and complete quantitative evaluation system for the effectiveness of pedestrian signs and indications, nor is there a mature test method for the effectiveness of signs and indications

Embodiment Construction

[0018] The present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with specific embodiments.

[0019] The method for testing the indication efficiency of pedestrian signs in an integrated transportation hub of the present invention includes the following steps.

[0020] (1) Selection of test site - Take Beijing South Railway Station as an example. Beijing South Railway Station is a special-class station and a large-scale modern comprehensive transportation hub in Beijing. The traffic function area of Beijing South Railway Station has a total of five floors. The first floor above the ground is the platform track layer, and the second floor above the ground is the elevated waiting floor for passengers entering the station. There are 4 independent waiting rooms. There are 8 security checkpoints in the elevated area. The center is the waiting hall, the east and west sides are the station halls, and from north to south are the waiting areas. There are 4 ind...

Abstract

The invention discloses a test method for indicating efficiency of a pedestrian mark in a comprehensive transportation junction. The test method comprises the following steps: (1) selecting a pedestrian streamline in a junction; (2) arranging a plurality of task points in the selected pedestrian streamline and dividing the pedestrian streamline into a plurality of sections by the task points; (3) defining indicating efficiency index zs of the pedestrian mark; (4) measuring the length of each of the sections; (5) recruiting a plurality of testers; (6) establishing a pedestrian path-finding test recording table for the comprehensive transportation junction; (7) performing a pedestrian path-finding test in the junction, wherein the test is divided into two stages: in a first test stage, simulating a pedestrian going through a totally strange junction environment, and in a second test stage, simulating the pedestrian walking at a normal walking speed after knowing the environment very well, and taking as a contrast set for the first stage test; (8) calculating the indicating efficiency index zs of the pedestrian mark according to the data acquired through the test. The test method can be used for objectively quantizing and evaluating the guiding efficiency of a pedestrian mark system in the comprehensive transportation junction.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of design and maintenance of traffic system service facilities, and mainly relates to a method for testing the indication efficiency of pedestrian signs in comprehensive traffic hubs. Background technique [0002] In recent years, the rapid economic development and the rapid increase of population flow have brought about the development trend of large-scale, comprehensive and three-dimensional rail transit hubs. Convenience and efficiency are the goal, so its internal pedestrian identification system has a great impact on the operational efficiency, safety management, and order guarantee of the hub. However, compared with the large-scale, multi-mode, and international comprehensive transportation hub systems in developed countries, my country often pays more attention to the size of the hub in the process of building a comprehensive hub and ignores the construction and management of its internal service facilities, re...
