The invention relates to an Internet-of-Things architecture based on a SaaS model. The system is based on a SaaS (Software-as-a-service) model, and a set of Internet-of-Things data exchange and processing foundation architecture for large-scale supply chain systems is constructed. The architecture comprises three layers: intelligent Internet-of-Things equipment, a cloud resource pool and a large-scale supply chain management platform. On the basis, a set of foundation architecture for Internet-of-Things acquired data exchange is constructed by use of an intelligent Internet-of-Things interconnection technology. The functions of enterprises such as quick data resource registration, unified data resource management and data interaction can be achieved through the platform.
