The narrow end projects from the central light outlet surface and is provided with a flank light inlet surface which is connected with the end of the central light inlet surface at inside part that faces the central light inlet surface; wherein the flank block is provided with a reflecting surface which extends from the narrow end to the wide end at the side that opposes the central block. The distance between the reflecting surface and the central block enlarges when the distance between the reflecting surface and the wide end enlarges. The invention further provides a light source device with the light source modulating device, and a backlight module.
