By the aid of the antenna switching method and device, radiation hazards to humans when a first antenna at the top of the mobile terminal receives and transmits low-frequency signals are reduced, interference to the humans from the first antenna is reduced, and influence on communication quality from the interference is alleviated. The antenna switching method includes detecting whether transceiving signals of the first radio frequency front end are low-frequency signals or not when in voice communication through the first radio frequency front end and a receiver, and when the transceiving signals of the first radio frequency front end are low-frequency signals, switching the antenna providing the transceiving signals for the first radio frequency front end as a second antenna which is the antenna at the bottom of the mobile terminal.
