The theft-proof baby carriage comprises a baby protection belt, a control circuit, a locking buckle which is arranged on the baby protection belt and is used for mutual locking connection, an unlocking panel, a camera, a weight sensor which is used for sensing the weight in a seat position of the theft-proof baby carriage, and a communication module, wherein the control circuit is used for judging whether an emergency exists, and switching on the camera for photographing and calling the communication module in an emergency or calling the unlocking panel when no emergency exists; the emergency is that when the theft-proof baby carriage is started, the weight sensed by the weight sensor is smaller than a preset weight or the baby protection belt and the locking buckle work abnormally when the locking buckle is locked mutually; the unlocking panel judges whether legal unlocking information input by a user is received, and the locking buckle is unlocked if the legal unlocking information is received; the communication module is used for sending warning information to a pre-stored object.
