The touch method includes: periodically receiving fingerprint information of the user's finger on the fingerprint recognition key, and acquiring fingerprint features in the fingerprint information each time the fingerprint information of the user's finger is received; according to positional information of the fingerprint features acquired in the preset period, calculating displacements of the fingerprint features during the preset period which is longer than a receiving period of the fingerprint information; according to magnitudes and directions indicated by the displacements of the fingerprint features, controlling the terminal to finish the predefined tasks.
