Abstract

The invention provides a method for treating lung cancer by improving autogenous DC-CIK immunocytes. The method comprises the following steps: selecting patients according to a lung cancer patient inclusion criteria that the age is less than or equal to 75 years, the Karnofsky score is more than 60 and the estimated lifetime is more than 6 months; performing inspection and evaluation before treatment, namely performing chest CT (computed tomography) enhancement, performing blood routine examination, detecting liver and kidney functions, detecting the PT (prothrombin time) (prolonging for less than 50%), detecting T lymphocyte subsets and tumor markers, detecting SCC (squamous cell carcinoma), and detecting three systems of hepatitis B (negative surface antigen), negative hepatitis C antibody, negative HIV antibody and negative syphilis antibody; after determination, sending an application form to a biological treatment center; performing pure autogenous immunocyte treatment, sampling 75ml of blood, performing cell culture for 11 days or sampling 75ml of blood on the day before GP chemotherapy/radiotherapy and autogenous immunocyte treatment chemotherapy, and performing cell culture for 11 days; and performing quality detection on the cultured cells on the eleventh day and the thirteenth day.
