Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a disinfectant specially used for a toothbrush. The disinfectant comprises following components, by weight: 1.9 parts of carboxymethyl chitosan, 13 parts of alga polysaccharides, 14.5 parts of anti-bacterial peptide, 1.9 parts of N-acetyl murein glycan hydrolase, 65 parts of water, 10 parts of an extract solution of asarum and 14.5 parts of an extract solution of mint. The toothbrush disinfectant is prepared through following steps: (1) according to the proportion of the components, adding the carboxymethyl chitosan and the alga polysaccharides to water at 38 DEG C with uniform stirring and mixing; (2) adding the anti-bacterial peptide with uniform stirring and mixing again; and (3) adding the N-acetyl murein glycan hydrolase, the extract solution of asarum and the extract solution of mint and finally stirring and mixing the components to obtain the disinfectant. The invention can overcome the defects that a disinfectant specially used for the toothbrush is not easy to store and is poor in safety in the prior art. The disinfectant is easy to store and is good in safety.
