Abstract

The invention discloses a formula of a disinfectant specially-used for toothbrush, which comprises, by weight: 1.6 parts of carboxymethyl chitosan, 9 parts of algal polysaccharides, 9 parts of an antimicrobial peptide, 1.6 parts of N-acetyl dermatoplasm glycan hydrolase, 120 parts of water, 10 parts of humulus lupulus water decoction and 9 parts of sodium hydroxide. The disinfectant is prepared through following steps: (1) according to the ratio, adding the carboxymethyl chitosan and the algal polysaccharides to water at 52 DEG C, and mixing uniformly with stirring; (2) adding the antimicrobial peptide and mixing uniformly with stirring again; and (3) adding the N-acetyl dermatoplasm glycan hydrolase, the humulus lupulus water decoction and the sodium hydroxide and finally stirring the mixture uniformly to obtain the required disinfectant specially-used for toothbrush. The disinfectant specially-used for toothbrush can overcome defects that a disinfectant is not easy to store and is poor in safety in the prior art, so that the disinfectant in the invention is easy to store and is good in safety.
