The information issuing method is executed in a browser of the computing device, and the computing device and the mobile terminal can be connected with the server via the network. The information issuing method comprises the steps that a unique identification of a present information issuing page is generated in response to a request for entering the information publishing page by a user; URL information, which includes the unique identification, of a picture uploading page of the mobile terminal is generated; a bar code is generated via the URL information and displayed on the information issuing page, so that the user can scan the bar code to upload picture information to the server via the picture uploading page of the mobile terminal; and picture information corresponding to the unique identification is read from the server at certain time interval, and displayed at the page of the browser.
