The invention provides a drunk driving alarm method and intelligent wrist-wearing equipment. The drunk driving alarm method comprises the steps of: acquiring alcohol alarm information of an alcohol concentration detecting device in a vehicle, and detecting motion trajectory of the intelligent wrist-wearing equipment; and confirming that a user is driving the vehicle through the detected motion trajectory of the intelligent wrist-wearing equipment, and sending out a drunk driving speech alarm prompt. According to the drunk driving alarm method and the intelligent wrist-wearing equipment, the alcohol alarm information is obtained through bluetooth, and the intelligent wrist-wearing equipment sends out a drunk driving speech alarm prompt after confirming that the user is starting the vehicle through the detected motion trajectory of the intelligent wrist-wearing equipment, thus the purpose of alarming the user to stop drunk driving timely is achieved; and the speed is tested through a GPS module after detecting the alcohol alarm information and confirming that the user is driving the vehicle, if the vehicle is speeding, the intelligent wrist-wearing equipment alarms the user and sends drunk driving alarm information to a preset telephone number, thereby realizing drunk driving alarm in time.
