The underground cooling warehouse is manufactured with the method and is characterized in that a heat exchange interface is arranged and the cooling heat exchange device comprising the heat pipe and the pipeline heat exchange apparatus is mounted; and the underground warehouse comprises or does not comprise a heat pump unit and a fan. A silo machine is manufactured with the method and comprises a ground foundation framework, an underground drilling and digging device, a barrel-shaped silo body manufacturing facility and a control system. The heat pipe is utilized for unidirectional heat transfer, so that the energy is not consumed. The stock temperature in first summer can be enabled not to exceed 8 DEG C.
