The supporting cylinder and the screw fitting are adhesively connected and fixed. The opening ends of the hollow nanometer films are opposite to a liquid outlet of the screw fitting. The upper closed end of the silica gel liquid storage bag is installed in a liquid adding hole in the upper end of the protective cover.
