The water cooling device can be used for replacing a water cooling device which is adopted in the prior art and arranged below a general frame; on the premise of meeting the heat exchange requirement, the contamination degree of the cooling device is lowered, use and maintenance are more convenient, the maintenance period is prolonged, and the maintenance workload is reduced; and the use and maintenance cost of operation units can be effectively reduced, and economic benefits can be improved.
