Abstract

The invention discloses a keyword processing method and a keyword processing device, which are used for avoiding the repeated pushing of the same video when a plurality of keywords are used as subscription topics and avoiding the waste of a storage space. The method comprises the following steps of: receiving at least two keywords which are sent by a terminal and are used for subscription; respectively searching videos corresponding to each keyword according to the keywords; calculating the repeated degree of the videos corresponding to any two keywords in the keywords; and when the repeated degree of the videos corresponding to any two keywords reaches the preset threshold value, remaining one keyword according to the preset configuration. By using the method provided by the invention, after a plurality of keywords used for subscription are received, the repeated degree of the videos which are respectively searched according to the keywords is calculated; when the repeated degree reaches the preset threshold, only one keyword is remained; the repeated pushing of the same video is avoided; and the waste of the storage space is avoided.
