Abstract

Disclosed is a small-sized centrifugal driven by a U-shaped iron core single-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor. The diameter of an impeller is 20-70 mm. The width of air gaps between stators and a permanent magnet rotor of the motor is decreased on the lower edge of every pole in the set circumferential direction. Stator windings are provided with a specified winding direction, and connected to an alternating current power source through a switch. A control circuit comprises a detection circuit and a built-in program. The built-in program comprises the steps that the built-in program drives the switch to control starting control of current of an alternating current power source input winding according to a detected signal; a) the switch is turned on to make a half-wave voltage of an alternating current power source act on the windings by a specified conduction angle, and current produced in the windings is detected; and b) if the current meets the specification, the switch is continuously turned on according to an alternating current power source period and the specified conduction angle immediately, and the motor is operated synchronously; or after a certain time which is enough for the rotor to stop reliably, the processes from the step a) is repeated. According to the design, the complexity of the control program and the requirement for the components, the parts and the circuit are lowered; the cost is reduced and the product property is more stable.
