The method comprises: providing a learning resource database, wherein in the learning resource database, an evaluation point involved by each learning resource is correlatively recorded for each learning resource; determining a mastery degree score of a user to each evaluation point in a plurality of predetermined evaluation points; based on the mastery degree score of the user to each evaluation point in the plurality of predetermined evaluation points, setting suggested learning intensity of each evaluation point according to a predetermined analysis criterion; and according to the suggested learning intensity of each evaluation point, extracting a learning resource group from the learning resource database and pushing the learning resource group to the user. The learning resource pushing method considers the mastery degree of the user to the evaluation points when pushing the learning resources, so that the personalization of pushing is embodied.
