Abstract

The invention provides a safflower DNA bar code standard detection gene sequence and detection primer combination. The safflower DNA bar code standard detection gene sequence is characterized in that the bar code standard detection gene sequence is shown in the gene sequence SEQ ID NO.1. The gene is obtained after amplification through a polymerase chain reaction, the result is determined according to the detected sample amplification product, and if a band 171bp strip can be obtained after amplification in a specific manner, the situation that the detected sample contains the safflower component can be determined. The invention provides a method for specific detection of a safflower component. The method is helpful for identification of the safflower component and adulteration is prevented. When the method is compared with traditional morphological identification method, the obtained gene sequence facilitates to achieve safflower molecular identification and safflower identification time can be shortened effectively.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of species identification, in particular to a safflower species-specific gene sequence and a specific primer combination based on the gene sequence for specifically detecting safflower components. Background technique [0002] Safflower (scientific name: Carthamus tinctorius, English name: Safflower) is an annual or biennial herb of the genus Safflower in the family Asteraceae. When it comes to safflower, it is easy for people to confuse safflower with saffron. Saffron (also known as saffron, saffron) is a plant of the genus Crocus (Crocus) in the family Iridaceae, and there is an essential difference between the two. Safflower is originally produced in Egypt, India, and the Mediterranean coast. It is wild and cultivated in the Soviet Union. It is widely cultivated in Korea and Japan. Now it is more produced in more than ten countries such as India, Canada, the United States, and Australia. Safflower is a foreign coun...
