The LED control device receives a voltage source from a power supply circuit and comprises a temperature detection circuit, a fan control circuit and a synchronous control circuit, wherein the temperature detection circuit is connected with the power supply circuit; the fan control circuit is connected with the temperature detection circuit and a fan blade sensing circuit of a cooling fan; the synchronous control circuit is connected with the fan blade sensing circuit and a driving circuit of an LED lamp and is used for controlling the on and off of the driving circuit; when the power supply is turned on, the LED control device synchronously detects whether abnormal conditions occur or not; if the abnormal conditions that the temperature of the LED lamp is overhigh, the cooling fan is damaged or fan blades of the cooling fan are clamped by foreign matters and the like occur, the LED control device actively turns off the LED lamp.
