The method comprises the following steps of configuring a corresponding relation of the VXLAN and the tunnel in advance; through a tunnel configured on equipment, receiving a notification message sent by an opposite terminal VTEP to the tunnel, wherein the received notification message carries a VNI of the current VXLAN corresponding to the tunnel on the opposite terminal VTEP; aiming at each current VXLAN corresponding to the tunnel on the equipment, if the same VXLAN exists in the VXLAN indicated by the VNI carried by the received notification message and the VXLAN on the equipment is not associated with the tunnel, associating the VXLAN on the equipment and the tunnel.
