The invention relates to an intelligent small-volume dynamic
slurry matching method and
system. Program-controlled
slurry matching is adopted; 1) when it is detected that the liquid level in a slurrymatching
barrel is low and a high-level pressure gauge loses efficiency, small-volume
slurry matching is started; 2) the slurry returning density C0 and the remaining volume V0 of slurry in the barrelare detected, and a slurry small-volume V hole and a density C hole finally needed by a drilled
grout hole are detected, and the small volume Vx and the design density Cx required for slurry matchingin the
barrel this time are calculated; 3) Cx and C0 errors are controlled and can be corrected; and 4) multiple-time small-volume slurry matching is carried out, grouting is carried out after the standard is reached, and small-volume exiting is carried out. Firstly, a calculation method ensures that the required density and volume are obtained. The density error is controlled, and the accuracy is high. A multiple-time small-amount slurry and water adding manner is adopted, the accuracy is high, and waste caused by excessive increase in the slurry amount is avoided. The density detection of the drilled
grout hole is achieved through a slurry return density meter, and accurate density measurement is facilitated. The problems about extremely large waste, environmental
pollution and cleaningtrouble caused by large-volume program-controlled slurry matching are solved. Small
volume density and volume accurate matching, detection and
program control are avoided. The small-volume slurry matching
system uses a smart grouting circulated loop
system. The intelligent small-volume dynamic slurry matching method and system can be used in an intelligent grouting
unit system of a
hydropower station.
