Abstract

The method comprises: an MeNB sends a re-configuration message carrying a power headroom reporting parameter to UE, so that the UE reports power headroom information of all service cells according to the power headroom reporting parameter when a power headroom reporting condition is met; the MeNB receives an MAC PDU including the power headroom information, wherein the MAC PDU includes an MAC sub head and an MAC SDU, and a second bit value in the MAC sub head or a value of a main cell index indication area of an SeNB in the MAC SDU is obtained; and the MeNB obtains power headroom information of all service cells according to the second bit value of the MAC sub head or the value of the main cell index indication area of the SeNB in the MAC SDU. With the method, the MeNB and the SeNB can obtain power headroom values and maximum transmission powers of all service cells in the dual-connection network; a problem of a data receiving error can be solved; and the resource scheduling can be guaranteed effectively.
