user group user with high interference intensity; a plurality of user clusters are obtained by clustering analysis for a user of a second
user group, and the user cluster is marked as a first user cluster if the user source
cell indexes in each user cluster are all the same, otherwise, the user cluster is marked as a second user cluster; the
pilot sequence of all cells is divided, a first pilot set is acquired to assign its pilot sequence to a first user group user, a second pilot set is acquired to assign its pilot sequence toa first user cluster user in the first user cluster, and a third pilot set is acquired to assign its pilot sequence to a second user cluster user in the second user cluster. The invention is used forimproving the use efficiency of the pilot frequency.
