The method, the device and the system are used for solving the problem in the prior art that a network side device cannot successfully send out eCall callback when a terminal and the network side device support both an IMS domain and a CS domain; wherein the method comprises following steps of after the terminal releases the eCall initiated to the network side device, starting a target timer; registering by the self-supported IMS domain; sending a notification message to the network side device; and monitoring whether the network side device initiates the eCall callback for the eCall or not within the timed duration of the target timer. According to the technical scheme, after the terminal starts the target timer, registering is carried out by the self-supported IMS domain; therefore, the network side device cannot initiate the eCall callback through the IMS domain; and UE can timely receive the eCall callback.
