Abstract

The invention discloses a two-axis three-dimensional laser head for processing of complex curved surfaces. The two-axis three-dimensional laser head comprises an A-axis rotating component, a B-axis swinging component and a height following laser head, wherein the A-axis rotating component is provided with a mounting flange surface and can be mounted and fixed on a gantry type machine tool; the A-axis rotating component can rotate by n multiplied by 360 along an axis A, and n is customized according to demands; the B-axis swinging component is mounted on the rotation axis of the A-axis rotating component; and the height following laser head is mounted on the swinging axis of the B-axis swinging component. The two-axis three-dimensional laser head is novel in structural design, is mounted on the gantry type machine tool to form a five-axis linkage machining system, and can realize precise laser machining of profiles of the complex curved surfaces.
