Abstract

The invention relates to a fenestrated freezing tube for storing biological tissue, which is a small tool and related to medical and pharmaceutical teaching and scientific researches, and belongs to common-use consumables in laboratories. The freezing tube is composed of a body and a sealing cover. A lower end of the body is in a circular shape, 8 small round holes with the diameter of 1.5 mm are alternatively arranged at an intermediate section in an upper row and a lower row, and two small round holes with the diameter of 1.5 mm are provided on the sealing cover. The design of the fenestrated freezing tube solves the problems that after the biological tissue is frozen by liquid nitrogen, tube bursting may occur and the biological tissue is not prone to be frozen rapidly and evenly, and therefore operation processes are more convenient and fast.

Description

Technical field: [0001] Experimental consumables for medicine, pharmacy teaching and scientific research Background technique: [0002] In medical and pharmaceutical experimental research, it is necessary to put fresh tissue specimens into a liquid nitrogen transfer tank to rapidly freeze fine tissue. At present, most of the experimental methods are to cut the tissue and quickly put it into a freezing tube or put it into a plastic sealing bag to seal it, freeze it, and then store it in a -80 degree ultra-low temperature freezer. When using the freezing tube, care should be taken to prevent the tube from bursting after freezing. Also, in order to quickly freeze the tissue, liquid nitrogen is directly poured into the container containing the tissue, and then sealed and moved into the liquid nitrogen tank, which will bring inconvenience to operation and be prone to operational errors or pollution. Therefore, improving the operation of the experimental technology will help to ...
