Embodiment Construction

[0038] A wavelet transform-based image subjective visual effect enhancement method of the present invention will be further introduced below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

[0039] Such as figure 1 Shown, a kind of image subjective visual effect enhancement method based on wavelet transform of the present invention, the steps are as follows:

[0040] The first step: image wavelet decomposition;

[0041] Perform wavelet transform on the input image to obtain low-frequency image and high-frequency image; then normalize the three high-frequency images respectively, and then sum to obtain the detail image.

[0042] In this embodiment, the existing Haar wavelet base is used to perform one-layer wavelet decomposition on the input image to obtain three high-frequency images; the method for calculating the detail image D is as follows:

[0043] D=Norm(|Norm(|I H |)|)+Norm(|I V |)+Norm(|I D |)

Abstract

The invention provides an image subjective visual effect enhancing method based on wavelet transformation. The method comprises the following steps: (1) wavelet decomposition of an image: carrying out wavelet transformation on an input image and obtaining a low-frequency image and high-frequency images, then normalizing three of the obtained high-frequency images separately, and summing the normalized high-frequency images to obtain a detail image; (2) low-frequency and high-frequency image correction: calculating gray distribution of points which are in the low-frequency image and correspond to points with relatively high amplitudes in the detail image, and obtaining a detail information weighted gray histogram; (3) wavelet inverse transformation: carrying out wavelet inverse transformation on the low-frequency image enhanced in the step 2 and the high-frequency images corrected in the step 2 to obtain a reconstructed image; and (4) weighted fusion: carrying out weighted fusion of the reconstructed image and the input image to obtain a final enhanced image. Via the above steps, the method can solve the over-enhancement problem of an image, highlight image detail information, improve image brightness distribution and contrast, and further enhance subjective visual effect of the image.

Description

【Technical field】 [0001] The invention provides a method for enhancing subjective visual effects of images based on wavelet transform, which belongs to the technical field of digital image processing. 【Background technique】 [0002] Image enhancement is an important preprocessing step in image processing. It can effectively improve the quality of the image, improve the subjective visual effect of the image, and highlight its useful features. Among them, histogram equalization is one of the most widely used image enhancement algorithms. Histogram equalization firstly accumulates the probability density of the image histogram to obtain a mapping function, and then uses the mapping to enhance the image. Since the contrast increment corresponding to each gray level of the enhanced image is proportional to the corresponding pixel number in the histogram, the histogram equalization faces the problem of over-enhancement. In order to control the enhancement degree of image contra...
